Your chosen group exercise class will take place in one of our shiny new boutique studios. All have been carefully created with specific workouts in mind. There will be a Mind & Body Studio for yoga and Pilates, a fully stocked cycling studio, and a high energy studio for cardio sessions. We will also have a purpose-built studio for BLAZE, our unique HIIT class, and an outdoor area for Battlebox, our circuit training class.
Soon you will be able to enjoy the David Lloyd Clubs exclusive Signature Class Collection which are housed in bespoke boutique studios. Whether you're looking to increase stamina, build strength or improve flexibility, there's a session here for you, from HIIT and group cycling to holistic based classes.
Blaze
You may have done HIIT classes before – but you haven’t done BLAZE. Exclusive to David Lloyd Clubs, this unique HIIT class takes place in a purpose-built studio using specialist equipment. Your inspiring instructor will lead you on a fitness journey that includes all the good stuff: cardio, strength, boxing and martial arts. It’s a maximum-effort, full-body workout that’s designed to make you feel amazing, and that can be tailored to different fitness levels.
Signature Classes
You can feel energised and exhilarated with our high-octane High Intensity Training (HIIT) studios dedicated to classes such as Blaze and IGN!TE, plus group cycling with Cyclone. The mind and body studios that host our exclusive SPIRIT classes will ensure your spirits are lifted as much as your heartrate.
Looking for a fun workout? Our outdoor Battlebox circuit training classes will give you the opportunity to reclaim a sense of play as you exercise. Battlebox combines full-body fitness training, high-energy challenges and teamwork, and there are both adults-only and family sessions.
Cyclone uses Stages bikes to provide a workout that will help you to become stronger, fitter and faster. Climb the hills, ride the roads or time trial across the flats – every class will be different.
It's the perfect session for anybody keen to improve their cycling performance with the help of our instructors. Your stats are displayed on screen as your ride, so you can track your power, speed and distance.
Spark your body into life with our mixed martial arts-inspired HIIT class: ING1TE. You'll burn some serious energy as you kick, punch, jump and run.
You’ll work through a series of exercises, culminating in one final round where you’ll be challenged to get through as many reps as possible. Our expert coaches will help you get the most from each session, leaving you full of positive endorphins and ready to tackle the rest of your day.
SPIRIT combines elements of yoga, Pilates and meditation to provide an energising yet calming workout.
Set to music, each session journeys through exercises and postures that will enhance your strength, power and flexibility, before ending with a relaxing period of meditation to help reset your mind and body.
