Membership at David Lloyd Modena
Your David Lloyd Modena membership is your ticket to an exceptional swimming experience. That includes special times reserved for adult swimmers, dedicated lanes for swimmers of different abilities, and a range of water-based activities and aqua classes. We have different types of membership, so can choose the package that fits you best.
Aqua classes provide a fun and low-impact resistance workout that will increase your cardiovascular fitness, tone your muscles and strengthen your core. Set to fun, upbeat music, classes take place in the pool where you’ll perform a number of exercises using both the resistance of the water and water dumbbells
At David Lloyd Clubs, we pride ourselves on being the best possible place for your children to learn to swim. Our friendly, experienced and patient instructors are qualified to provide swimming lessons for children aged from 4 years old. They’ll follow the Amateur Swimming Association programme to teach your children the fundamentals of swimming in a fun and safe manner.
Our swimming lessons for kids are divided into stages and designed to suit your child’s ability, so you should see them progress through the different levels. They’ll move from basic skills, buoyancy and balance, to more complex techniques such as backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.
Swimming is a valuable skill to develop at any time throughout life, which is why we offer adult swimming lessons. Learning to swim will help you to feel comfortable around water, and means you can get more from your club membership.\
Beginner classes teach water safety and basic technique in small groups, helping you feel more confident.\
Advanced swimmers can join Master Swim sessions, which target specific techniques with a different focus each week for continuous improvement.
