Dedicated swim times

Adult-only swim times offer a quiet escape from the everyday. Cut out your distractions, focus on your breathing and count your laps.

Spacious changing rooms

Freshen up in our spacious locker rooms that have everything you need and anything you’ve forgotten. With soft overhead lighting, large mirrors and hair dryers, you’ll want to take your time getting ready.

We also have a dedicated family changing room too, so there's space for everyone to get changed in comfort.

Kids swimming lessons

At David Lloyd Clubs, we pride ourselves on being the best possible place for your children to learn to swim. Our friendly, experienced and patient instructors are qualified to provide swimming lessons for children aged from 3 years old and teach the fundamentals of swimming in a fun and safe manner.

Our swimming lessons for kids are divided into stages and designed to suit your child’s ability, so you should see them progress through the different levels. They’ll move from basic skills, buoyancy and balance, to more complex techniques such as backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.

Adult swimming lessons

Swimming is a valuable skill to develop at any time of life, which is why at David Lloyd Clubs we offer adult swimming lessons. Learning to swim will help you to feel comfortable around water and means you can get more from your Club membership.

Beginner classes teach water safety and basic technique in small groups, helping you feel more confident.

Improver lessons focus on increasing your swimming distance and refining techniques across various strokes.

Advanced swimmers can join Master Swim sessions, which target specific techniques with a different focus each week for continuous improvement.

Aqua classes

Our low-impact aqua aerobics classes are a fantastic way to build strength and fitness, meet new people both in and out of the pool, and refresh your workout routine. Led by expert instructors, each session delivers a full-body workout that blends cardio and strength training. And there’s no need to be a confident swimmer, the exercises are performed in shallow water, so you’ll always have your feet on the pool floor as you jump, kick, and lunge your way to better health.
